Polyglossia bills based on actual usage time, not seats or fixed tiers. There's no per-listener fee. Five people or five thousand, the cost is the same.
You control the schedule, so transcription and translation only run when you want them to. No surprise bills.
How billing works

Credits roll over
You pre-buy credits that stay on your account, and use them as you go. Unused credits roll over month to month, so nothing expires (even if you pause your subscription).

Auto-refill (opt-in)
Turn on auto-refill to automatically add a pre-set amount of credits when your balance gets low. Your saved payment method will be charged and you can turn off auto-refill at any time.

No commitment
There's no long-term commitment. You can start or stop your subscription whenever you want.
Usage
Drag any sliderLive captions in the speaker's own language. No translation. Use this for accessibility (hard-of-hearing attendees), live captions on a screen, or recording a transcript. Example: speaker preaches in English, English captions appear on listener devices.
$0.05 per minute.
Live captions translated into a different language, shown on listener devices. Text only, no audio. Example: speaker preaches in English, Spanish-speaking listeners read Spanish captions on their phones in real time.
$0.10 per minute. Translate into up to 15 languages at one flat rate, no per-language fee.
Live spoken audio in another language, delivered to listener earbuds, parallel with the original. Example: speaker preaches in English, Spanish-speaking listeners hear a synthesized Spanish voice in their earbuds in real time.
$0.20 per minute, per language.
You'll also need a gateway device.
A gateway device plugs into your sound source such as a sound board, computer, etc. It takes the raw audio and streams it to our servers where it is transcribed and translated and livestreamed back out to your audience.
You can have as many devices as you'd like. For example, you may want separate devices for different locations such as sanctuaries, classrooms, conference halls, etc.
Each device can be configured with a different speaker language and translated languages. All your devices share from the same pool of credits.
