Refund policy

We do not offer cash refunds of subscriptions.  In some situations we may offer account credit.  If you have questions about a refund, please contact sales@polyglossia.io.

Shipping and delivery policy

Orders of Gateway Devices are shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  Orders are typically shipped the next business day, but during a rush of orders they may be delayed.  If your order is delayed you will receive an email from us with an explanation and an estimated time frame to expect your shipment.  Currently we offer shipping to US locations only.  If you reside in another country and are interested in purchasing a Gateway Device contact us at sales@polyglossia.io to receive a quote.

Return policy and process

Customers purchasing a Gateway Device can return the device to us and we will issue a full refund of the device cost.  To initiate a return, email sales@polyglossia.io.

Cancellation policy

Customers can cancel a subscription at any time.  To do so, log in to your Polyglossia account at https://app.polyglossia.io, go to the Subscription tab, and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.  If you have questions or issues, contact us at sales@polyglossia.io.
